THE BEST WAY TO ORDER SAVE THE DATES, STATIONARY & MORE

Friday, Jan. 31, 2020

I am a total perfectionist when it comes to how I present myself and my business. It’s really important to me that anything I send out is exactly how I want it, down to the last detail. That includes my stationery and business cards, event invites, and more. That’s why I love Basic Invite.

Basic Invite makes it so easy to send out the perfect save the date. They have of templates for events, parties, weddings, and almost any milestone imaginable. There is also an option to upload your own design for printing.

They are one of the few websites that allow you to completely customize everything. They have infinite color combinations, and you can change the color of each element on a card. That means cards can be precisely how you want them, down to even the smallest details!

Basic Invite also offers instant online previews, and will send you a custom sample of any design so you can ensure it’s prefect before committing to an order.

For my Valentine’s Day brunch save the date postcards, I knew I wanted to start with a template-- and there are over 2,000 to choose from! Luckily, they can be filtered to your specifications.

For this event, I knew I wanted something classic, romantic, and text based. I ultimately decided on the “watercolor bouquet” save the date card. The site is really user friendly, and I was able to easily fill in the text I wanted, and adjust the font size, placement, and color to my specifications.

Once I had settled on a design it was time to choose my paper. I also decided on premium shimmer paper, which matches my business cards and stationary.

After my save the date design was complete, Basic Invite quickly sent me my custom sample.

My sample save the date came in a beautiful folder filled with more information about Basic Invite. The packet goes over color options, paper options, and instructions on how to use their guestlist management service. Plus, it contains your custom sample, and a code for 20% off everything in your next order!

Basic Invite has really thought of everything to make your planning process seamless. Their address book feature not only helps you gather your guests addresses through a private, unique, shareable link, but they will print the addresses on your envelopes free of charge.

This time, I created a save the date card, but they also have the option to create a magnet save the date, thank you notes, business cards, menus, programs, guest books, coasters, event websites and more. One of the best parts is that if you are planning a big event, it’s easy to keep a consistent look with the support of a fabulous partner who can do it all.

I was genuinely impressed by the ease of this process, and the quality of the product I received. There can be a lot of stress associated with planning an event, and Basic Invite helped ease that.

I would say I’m Basic Invite’s newest loyalist! If you have any questions or comments, I’d love to hear from you!
