LIFE AT A GLANCE: WHAT I HAVE GOING ON

First, thank you for being patient with me this week! There are a lot of big exciting changes going on on my blog, and in my life. That’s why I thought it would be a perfect time to share with you what I have going on! (Without giving too much away of course).

This Week

Upgrading my website! This is something that has been in the works for a long time. We’ve been working so hard behind the scenes to upgrade my site’s navigation, homepage features, mobile friendliness, and a lot on the backend! I can’t wait for you to come to my page and see it!

Redecorating! If you follow my instagram story, you’ll already know that I am completely redecorating my bedroom. I mean all new furniture and everything, which, if you haven’t experienced a redecorating project like this, is so much work. I’ve basically relocated everything I own into random temporary locations scattered around the house. Fun!

This Month

A Gala! One of the biggest events we run at my day job is happening this month, so there’s a lot going on in my work and personal life at the moment.

Weekend Getaway! I am so excited to be headed back to Philadelphia for a trip that I’m sure will go by way too quickly. I’m sure you’ll see more about this soon!

Diving Season! I coach a high school diving team, which I absolutely love, and the post-season is coming up! Lot's of fun, excitement, and nerves all rolled in one (even on the coaching side of things).

Revamping My Blog’s Marketing Plan! This is basically just a lot of behind the scenes blogging things including photoshoots, new business cards, a more strategic use of Pinterest and my Instagram stories, hopefully opening an Amazon storefront, focusing on my posting and marketing calendar, and a few other things.

Celebrations! My birthday and my anniversary with Nick are this month, and I’m excited to celebrate.

Before Year End

Hosting Thanksgiving! My parents are hosting Thanksgiving at their house this year for the first time in a very long time. There’s nothing better than spending the holiday at home, and I can’t wait.

Getting Published! The details aren’t all smoothed out on this, but I can share that very soon I’ll have my first published academic work!

Visiting Florida! I’ll be heading back to one of my favorite places after Christmas, my grandparent's house in Florida. Warm weather, family, and some quiet time away from everything. There’s nothing better.

Also In The Works

Trip planning! I am hoping to plan a trip across the pond for this March, but it’s very up in the air right now, so that’s all I’m going to say about that. I am also hoping to plan a few more weekend trips to New York and Philadelphia, and maybe one more fun location.

Music! You might have seen me teasing this on my instagram story. I’ve said this before, but since graduating college I’ve been pushing myself to try new things, and going wherever that brings me. I can’t wait to share more!
